- Zone allotment in Mina and Arafat is under the jurisdiction of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj; the HGO/travel agent is not responsible for this allotment.
- Aziziyah accommodation may be provided before/after Hajj depending on the tour program.
- Room sharing in Aziziyah is on 4/5/6-person basis as applicable.
- Private rooms in Aziziyah are available at additional cost, subject to availability.
- The Hajj package is 100% non-refundable irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
- Hajj involves substantial walking, around 25 km/day in extreme weather; pilgrims should be physically prepared.
- Mandatory medical check-up is required before travel.
- Pilgrims with medical disabilities are not recommended to travel unless adequate family responsibility/support is arranged.
- Prices are based on ex-Ahmedabad/Mumbai airline tickets; departures from other cities may incur additional charges.

- Transport during Hajj is provided by the Moallim; transport from Muzdalifah to Mina is not included.
- Transportation during the shifting period is arranged as per the tour operator's management plan and details are shared during the tour.
- Disputes are subject to Vadodara jurisdiction.
- The tour operator acts as an aggregator of services and is not responsible for deficiencies in third-party services.
- Arabic food during the 5 Hajj days is served by the Moallim in food parcels.
